Only 23 cardholders have designated RCE! / Apply for a Target REDcard in store or online. Once you receive the REDcard, register it online. From the REDcard menu, select “Take Charge of Education” and designate RCE (101327) as your school. Target donates 1% of REDcard purchases to RCE!


Randalls Good Neighbor Program

  1. Your School Gets 10% Program – runs 8/14/2013– 9/10/2013. Check your Randalls receipt starting on September 13th for a redemption code for purchases made during the above timeframe. Either turn in your receipt to the school or go to and enter the redemption code. Select RCE as your designated school. Deadline for receipts is October 4th.
  1. Community Bucks Program - From September 1st – 30th collect Randall’s Community Bucks and give them to your child’s teacher. For every $50 spent at Randalls, you will receive one Community Buck.You can also ask the cashier if anyone has not accepted their Community Bucks and sometimes they will give you extra. Bucks must be turned in by October 4th.
  1. Good Neighbor Year-Round Program - Link your Remarkable Card to RCE and the school earnd 1% of your purchases year-round. Simply fill out the Good Neighbor Program form and indicate RCE as your charity (#507). Return the form to the Courtesy Booth. The Good Neighbor form can be found at:
