Boys Basketball -Yr 7A MMI Nuggets Boys Basketball - training today Friday at lunchtime (12.30pm.) Please be there on time to show your coach the commitment that is needed for you to succeed this season, and get the game time you feel you deserve.

VISUAL ARTS- Year 8 students in this Cycle 2 who have not glazed their clay work yet, please come to the Art room after morning tea to complete. These items need to be fired before the cycle ends next week.

Elite Ultimate Frisbee - If it is not raining at break times, there will be a trial for the girls at interval, then both boys and girls at lunch. Also if you are in Rangiwaea house, unfortunately you can no longer be considered for the team due to a clash with your team field trip. Stage Challenge also clashes with Ultimate Frisbee this year as we leave on the day of Stage Challenge.

Friday Night Hockey (You will need to check Tauranga Hockey website if raining as could be cancelled if turfs are flooded, Mr Jennings will advise any information at assembly today)

Any year 7 student interested in playing Table tennis for AIMs, please come to the Computer Room after sit down lunch today.

Elite Ultimate Frisbee trial - girls trial today at interval if the weather is fine. Please be prompt with your PE gear on, ready to play.

FUSE DRUMMING: anyone interested in hearing about tuition for 2017, please come to the hall at the start of interval today to see a demonstration and get information about this.

If there is enough interest and commitment, an intermediate drumming battle may be set up for the end of this year. It will involve after school tuition, one day a week.

Stage Challenge Fundraiser: All Students who are interested in selling Movie tickets for the fundraiser, there is a meeting at Interval (after eating) in Room 21.

Elite Ultimate Frisbee: All students interested in trialing can you meet on the field at lunch in your PE gear. Anyone going to Sports Camp are definitely able to trial this year.

School Fleecy: Connor’s jersey was left on the field after training last Wednesday. If anyone picked it up can you please return it to Room 20. It is named.

INDOOR BOWLS: All students who are interested in playing in the AIMS Games need to come to the Foods room after eating lunch today please. Don’t be late!

TRASH TO FASH

If you still need some materials, I have a couple of options available- please see Mrs Wylie in the Art Room if you are interested. Hope all your garments are coming along well- we will need to have a photo of these by the beginning of June. Any queries, please also come to the Art Room at interval.

Teachers :

Please discuss with your students regarding safe travel to and from school on bikes, skateboards,scooters and on foot. There have been a few near misses and concerned members of the public contacting us, particularly around the Links Ave/Ascot Ave area, due to students riding on the wrong side of the road, not looking when crossing the road etc. Please also reiterate that all students must wear helmets if riding to school.
