I understand that upon final selection of an animal, additional forms and a home inspection may be required. I understand that adopting an animal is a lifelong commitment and should not be entered into without planning. The goal of Freedom Dogs, Inc. is to place animals in an environment that will enrich both the lives of the family and of the animal. Freedom Dogs, Inc. reserves the right to refuse an adoption. If approved, a $25.00 non-refundable deposit must be placed on an animal to reserve it. If a deposit is not placed on the animal of interest, it may be adopted to any other applicant. This deposit is applicable to the final adoption fee. I hereby certify the above and foregoing information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
