The J.M. Smucker Company, along with their broker Overseas Service Corporation, is proud to announce the return of the popular “Crisco Cares” program for its 5th consecutive year! “Crisco Cares” has generated over $775,000 in donations to base charities during the holidays over the past 4 years and we’re looking to add to that total this year!
For each direct pallet order of participating SKU’s between 40k-44K pounds at store level, local sales OSC sales representatives will donate $2000 to an approved local base charity during the holidays. Stores will be able to choose from a wide array of top selling Crisco every day and holiday baking items, along with fast moving items from Pillsbury, Folgers, Dunkin Donuts, Hungry Jack, Pet, Eagle Brand and Martha White. These items can be in any of the published promotional packages to include the regular promotional periods, seasonal promotional packages and club packs. All approved items will have deeply discounted VPRs that run through December 31st, giving DeCA patrons extra savings during the holidays!

GENERAL MILLS “CUSTOMER APPRECIATION” EVENT
October 2015 (Periods #18 & #19)
General Mills is proud to announce we will be honoring our military members with an exciting sales event that recognizes the individuals who choose to serve our country. During promotional periods #18 & #19, General Mills will offera special “Customer Appreciation” event. This program offers great discounts on our many popular brands.
In support of this promotion, General Mills will provide in-store, special themed point of sale materials that will aid in displaying this multi-brand event. The event will be supported with high value in-store coupons in addition to online DeCA Rewards Card coupons.

UNILEVER “ITALIAN & AMERICAN FESTIVAL OF SAVINGS” PROMOTION
Unilever will sponsor their “19th Annual Italian& American Festival of Savings” during promotional periods#18 and #19. This year’s Italian & American promotion will feature your favorite Unilever Foods brands including: Hellmann’s/Best Foods, Lipton, Knorr and Breyers as well as personal care brands including: Dove, St. Ives, Vaseline, Q-Tips and Tresemme.
Unilever will recognize 16 commissaries worldwide for their sales and merchandising excellence. Awards will be given based on sales bands to 14 stores in CONUS, one from the Far East, and one from Europe. The winning commissaries will be awarded “Merchandising Excellence” trophies, and will be recognized in trade ads in leading military trade publications during the first quarter of 2016. Additionally, the area with the greatest overall increase in sales of Unilever products will receive a “Sales Excellence” award. A donation of up to $20,000 will be made on behalf of DeCA to Fisher House based on total DeCA sales for this event.
In support of this promotion, 125,000 in-store coupon flyers and themed point of sale material will be distributed to the commissaries. Unilever will announce the winners no later than December 15, 2015. Your local Advantage sales representative will contact each of you with all the great details!
