Enclosed is the Market Lamb/Goat Weigh-in Form for the 2016 Osage County Fair Market Lamb/Goat Show. Up to 5 lambs/goats may be weighed, two may be shown and only one item (steer, hog, lamb, goat or ham) may be sold at the fair.
Lambs/Goats must be weighed on April 23-24. Be sure you include all information and have the form signed by your 4-H project leader, 4-H club leader, or FFA advisor. There is an entry fee this year of $10.00. Remember, only one item per person may be sold at the Livestock & Ham Auction.
Make checks payable to Osage County Fairboard. Call the Osage County Extension Office if you have any questions. (897-3648)

Note: this is your entry form for your market lamb/goat for the fair. Do not list market animals on the fair entry form!
Keep a list of ear notch or tag numbers for your information. All lambs/goats must be ear notched or ear tagged and must have a scrapie tag.
If you plan to show a market lamb/goat at the Missouri State Fair, nose prints must be into the State Fair Office by June 13. Nose Prints must be taken and verified by the 4-H youth specialist, extension livestock specialist or FFA advisor. If you plan to exhibit lambs/goats at the State Fair, please contact the Extension Office to have the lambs/goats nose printed.
