The 2018 golf season is just around the corner. Your group’s Permanent Tee Time Application is enclosed. The deadline for all Permanent Tee Time applications is 6:00pm on Saturday, March 31. Applications will be accepted as follows:

·  Return by mail – Palatine Hills Golf Course, 250 E. Wood St., Palatine IL 60067.

·  Return in person to the Pro Shop- We will be open weekdays beginning Monday, March 26, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours will change once the course opens for the season.

Please fill out the application completely! Each group representative is required to have an email address listed. We encourage all group members to do likewise. This will enable us to communicate pertinent information regarding the permanent tee times.

Palatine Hills GC offers a Golf Discount Rate Pass. This entitles non-residents as well as residents to a reduced green fee, when applicable. The cost is $35 for non-residents and $15 for residents. On a typical weekend round of golf, each non-resident pays $5 less and each resident pays $3 less. The Rate Pass pays for itself in 7 visits and 5 visits, respectively.

In addition, Palatine Hills GC offers a Players Club Program designed to save golfers even more money during the season, including bonus dollars and free rounds of golf.

Pace System: Palatine Hills GC adheres to a Pace System for our permanent tee time groups. The basic premise of the system is that groups must meet established 9 and 18-hole times and/or intervals with the group in front of them. Penalties may be issued for failure to meet a 9 or 18-hole time or an interval.

Cost: The 2018 deposit will be a non-refundable $120.00. Cash, check or credit card will be accepted. After April 14 the entire deposit is non-refundable to groups who drop their Permanent Tee Time.
