Horse Show Information
Attire:
· Proper show attire required for all classes. All Riders are required to
wear USEF approved head gear.
· Mane braiding is optional, but encouraged.
Classes:
· USEF rules apply if not covered by I.S.C.
· $5 additional charge for riding in a class not entered in.
· Management reserves the right to cancel or combine classes.
· Prizes and ribbons in each class. Champion and Reserve in each
division if they have a minimum of 3 riders. You must enter in the entire division to be eligible for champion and reserve.
· Exhibitors are expected to be prompt for their classes. A one minute call will be placed on an open gate.
· Medals riders must be members of the ISC prior to the start of the horse show on Sunday morning. There must be a minimum of 4 riders per class. Mini Medal riders may not cross enter into any division exceeding 2’9”.
· If a rider is showing multiple horses in the same division and is having a different rider (catch rider) to ride one of the horses in the flat class because they will also be riding one of the horses in the flat class, the catch rider needs to be listed on the entry with the class number they are riding in.
Stalls:
· Stalls are reserved on a first come first serve basis by calling 847-540-0083.
· Stalls will be available after 12 p.m. Friday, May 21, 2010. NOTE: The arena will NOT be available for schooling until 3 p.m. Friday.
· Stall requests will be final by 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Cancellations after the deadline (except for a Vet’s excuse) will be billed to the trainer.
· Please bring gates or stall guards for stalls.
· No outside shavings or straw – call early to order shavings.
Schooling:
· The arena will be open for schooling on Friday 3 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.,
Saturday dawn to 9:00 a.m. sharp, and Short/Long Stirrup schooling is 9:00-9:39 a.m. sharp. Sunday from dawn to 7:30 a.m. sharp.
Miscellaneous:
· NO SMOKING in the barn facility.
· Dogs must be on a short leash and responsibly attended or a
$50.00 fine will be charged. We request that dogs (pets) be left at home. Thank you!
· Catering will be available on Saturday and Sunday.
· Returned or NSF checks will have a $50 fee.

LOCATION
Foxcreek Stable is located on Milton Road, just east of the corner of Route 12 and Old McHenry Roads. After turning onto Old McHenry Road from Rout 12, make an immediate left onto Milton Road (Note: About a 1/4 mile down, Milton makes a sharp turn to the right). Foxcreek Stable is about 1 mile down on the right hand side.
