Relevant Academic Standards – 10 points

1.  What academic standards are incorporated in the learning experience you’re planning to develop with this grant? Please give examples. [300 words maximum]

Plan for Implementation & Curriculum Integration – 10 points

2.  What STEM curriculum and/or educational materials do you plan to acquire? [50 words maximum]

3.  How did you decide that this is the right approach for your school? [100 words maximum]

a.  Who participated in the research and evaluation of curricula and/or materials?

b.  What features of the curricula and/or materials best meet the needs of your students?

4.  How will you integrate the new curriculum and/or materials into your existing curriculum? [100 words maximum]

5.  How will you ensure that more than one teacher will be equipped to use the new curriculum and/or educational materials? [100 words maximum]

Student Assessment – 5 points

6.  What assessment tools are available with the curricula and/or materials you chose? If none, how will you assess the students’ learning? How will you use the information gathered through assessment of students’ learning to impact your practice? [200 words maximum]
