How To Hook Up PC to DLM For Capture Of Data

If you have a DLM200 series DLM, then attach the special DLMVIEW interface cable' s 25pin connector to the 25 pin female connector on the left side of the DLM200 series monitor. Hook the 9 pin female connector on the other side of the cable to the COM port of the PC you run DLMVIEW on. If you have a DLM400 series DLM, then attach the straight through 9 pin cable to the top right 9 pin connector on the DLM and then to the 9 pin Male connector on your PC. Note the com port number that you are attaching the cable to. If you do not know, don't worry, you can use the DLMViewer to find it. There is a graphic schematic of the DLMVIEW cable in appendix 1 (used only on DLM200-300 series).
