360 Degree Evaluation

The Division of Student Affairs values the development and growth of its employees. Through ongoing feedback, coaching and training exercises, the Division strives to provide each employee with opportunities to strengthen their current skill set and develop new competencies to enhance their personal portfolio. The 360 degree evaluation process has been put in place to allow for a well-rounded and comprehensive assessment of each employee.

Please write a brief summary of your perceptions of the employee being evaluated. In addition to commenting on their ability to perform specificjob functions, the list of characteristics below can be used as a guideline. However, you should feel free to include other categories that may be relevant. Use examples as often as possible to help demonstrate skills and/or areas for growth. Please submit your completed evaluation to the employee’s supervisor. Your comments will be shared with the employee in a summary format along with those from other evaluators.
