River’s Edge Arts Alliance –Arts in the Park: ARTIST APPRECIATION CONCERT
The River’s Edge Arts Alliance presents the 7th annual Artist Appreciation concert. The concert will feature two REAA performing groups; Hudson Harmonies and the River’s Edge Chorale. Special guest will be The Justin Meyer Jazz Quartet.
The Rampage Trio
The Rampage Trio is a high energy, blues-rock boogie, dance band featuring singer-songwriter-guitarist, Brian M Owens, singer-bassist, John Davies and singer-drummer, Mike Oppedisano.
The Paul Rodriguez Band
Formed in 2014 out of Sudbury, The Paul Rodriguez Band is a 4pc acoustic band consisting of two guitars, bass and drums. The band plays a little bit of everything including Ed Sheeran, Steely Dan, John Mayer, Dave Matthews, Bare Naked Ladies among others.
Workingman’s Band
The Workingman’s Band is a classic rock trio of guitar/vocals, bass and drums featuring guitarist/vocalist Tom Yates. Our repertoire encompasses the rock and roll songs from the 1980’s.
Flashback
Flashback is an oldies rock’n roll band playing songs of the 60’s, 70’s, Country, and Motown, songs that everyone of all ages know and can sing along to. This will be their 5th year playing for the Boston Red Sox on Yawkey Way before the Red Sox games.
Lenny Solomon Band
Playing mostly original songs with some covers thrown in, the music of Lenny Solomon Band combines elements of folk, country, and blues. Influences include Dylan, Guy Clark, Townes Van Zant, Jerry Jeff Walker, John Prine, and Johnny Cash.
River’s Edge Arts Alliance –Arts in the Park: Summer Drama Workshop Concert
The River’s Edge Arts Alliance presents a concert to celebrate the 30th annual Summer Drama Workshop program! The program will include performances from alumni going all the way back to the first year! It will also feature performances from this season’s shows.
Movie Night in the Park
New this year, Hudson Recreation will host a movie night in the Park. Join us at Wood Park as we will play a family friendly movie on a large inflatable screen.
Band From U.N.C.L.E
A four piece band that performs vintage music, a mix of 50’s and 60’s material (Beatles, Rolling Stones, Motown, Buddy Holly etc.)
Music with Mister Vic
Mister Vic provides an hour of interactive music for young children and their families. Join him for singing, dancing, and instrument play to your favorite songs.
Matt Heaton
Matt Heaton believes music for kids can be entertaining for both children AND parents. His songs are a mix of rackabilly, surf, American roots and Irish traditional music, delivered with a wry and sense of humor and a sincere sense of fun. Children and adults respond to his musicianship and variety. The adults in the room particulary appreciate the Muppet-esque touches of humor and observations of kid behavior. Whether you call it children’s music, family music, kindie or toddlerbilly it’s sure to please listeners of all ages.
Rick Goldin, Music and Puppets
Rick Goldin's lively, interactive and humorous children's songs have made him one of the most popular children's entertainers in New England. Children Love his performances because they get to sing, dance and jump along with Rick and his singing animal puppets Henry The Horse, Quackleberry Duck, and others. His latest recording "I Like To Read" received a Parents' Choice Recommended Award, and features songs about books, libraries and learning to read.
