Case 1 – Drs. Roche/Crean Dx: Bicuspid aortic valve. Severe aortic valve regurgitation. Severe ascending aortopathy. To review echo, MRI and CP study. Surgical referral.
Case 2 – Dr. Colman Dx: Branch pulmonary artery hypoplasia and diffuse pulmonary artery stenosis. PFO/small ASD. To review echo, CP study and EST. Interventional referral.
Case 3 – Dr. Benson Dx: Perimembranous VSD. Dilated aortic root. To review echo and MRI.
Surgical referral.
Case 4 – Dr. Oechslin Dx: Aortopathy and diffuse aneurysm of vascular tree. To review echo, MRI and CT scan. Management planning.
Case 5 – Dr. Horlick Dx: Severe aortic stenosis related to bicuspid aortic valve, along with coarctation of the aorta. Previous surgical repair. To review cath, echo and EST. Management planning.
Case 6 – Dr. Oechslin Dx: Restrictive perimembranous VSD. To review echo and MRI. Surgical referral.
