SUITABILITY:- Sleepovers, maximum 2 nights, all sections. Max No 25 members 10 leaders.

1 Large hall for sleeping, dining and activities. (need to stack bedding for day use. Good heating, lighting and natural light.
2 Small hall use as leaders room and first aid. Heating and lighting good. / Good size kitchen for 6 people.

SUITABILITY: Sleepovers max stay 36 hours, all sections. Max No 24members 6 leaders.

1 Large hall for sleeping dining and activities(need to stack bedding for day use). Good heating and lighting.
2nd hall small use as leaders room and first aid base. Heating and lighting good. / Good size kitchen entrance off the main hall. 1 sink clear work surfaces with some storage. Fridge and microwave plenty of power points, cutlery, crockery, mugs and range of pots and pans. Good hot water supply and large domestic range cooker. / 1 female toilet cubicle and separate shower cubicle (shower not yet in use)
1 unisex toilet
1 disabled toilet
Washbasin in each cubicle.
Close to main hall sensory lighting. / No outside space and fencing needs repair.
Good security
Shops 10 minute walk.
