FACILITY: / This meet will be run in a 6 lane, 25-meter outdoor pool. The starting end has a depth of 5 feet and the turn end is 4 feet. The facility is equipped with Kiefer Wave Eater II Lane Lines. During the
8 & Under and 10 & Under relays, the second and fourth swimmer will be in water starts.
All starts will be beeper/strobe starting system. Three timers will be at the end of each lane.
Seating for swimmers will be in the grass located within close proximity to the pool deck.
Parking will be in the pool parking lot and Adamstown Elementary School.

START TIMES: / Gates open at 6:30am; Warm-up: 6:45 AM; 12:30 PM (Times will be confirmed after entries are received. Meet Start: 8:00 AM; 1:30 PM
MEETING TIMES: / Coach’s Meeting: 7:30 AM; 1:00 PM
Officials/Timers Meeting: 7:45 AM; 1:15 PM
WARM-UP: / The warm-up sessions will be divided into periods of equal length depending on the number of swimmers entered. Warm-up schedules will be sent to coaches Monday prior to the meet. Warm-up times may need to be adjusted based on actual attendance. Sprint/Start lanes will be available.
No diving or backstroke starts will be permitted except in sprint lanes, when designated.
RULES: / This meet will be run according to USA Swimming and LSSL rules and regulations. All events are Pre-Seeded, Timed Finals. Coaches MUST attend the coaches meeting. According to LSSL rules, place winner will be determined by place judge as there are no touch pads.
Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is prohibited.
ELIGIBILITY: / This meet is open to any swimmer that is currently on their teams’ active rosters. A swimmer may be scratched from an individual event in order to replace a swimmer on a relay.
SWIMMERS WITH A DISABILITY: / Swimmers with a disability are welcome to enter this meet. The coach or team entry person must alert the meet director and the meet referee as to the need for any special accommodations or seeding arrangements at the time the entry is submitted.
RECORDING DEVICES: / The use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms.
ENTRIES: / Swimmers may enter up to (3) events one may be a relay. Alternates for relays must be labeled as such.
ENTRY FEES: / Entry fees are $3.00 per event and $12.00 per relay.

Swimmers will not be able to swim without full payment before the start of the meet.

According to LSSL rules NT entries are accepted for this meet.
Entries must be submitted using HYTEK Team Manager file.
All team entries require a completed Team Entry Summary.

AWARDS: / Team Trophies awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
Individual Events: 1st-4th trophies and 5th-10th medals. Heat winners will be awarded.
Relay Events: 1st-4th trophies and 5th-10th ribbons.
ADMISSIONS: / $3.00 per person for anyone over 5 years old. Heat sheets: $3.00
REFRESHMENTS: / Food and Drinks will be on sale throughout the meet starting when gates open.
TEAM VOLUNTEER
REQUIREMENTS: / Each team must provide the following:
Four (4) timers with watches for each session – (2 timers per half)
One (1) finish judge for each session
OTHER INFORMATION: / Teams may set up tents after 6pm on Friday July 17th. Signs will be placed for each team. We ask that each team please clean their areas throughout the day and after the meet. Parking passes will be provided for 3 coaches per team.
T-SHIRTS / Championship t-shirts will be available for sale before and the day of the meet. T-shirts will be $12.00 per shirt.
SAFETY: / Safety Marshals will be posted at different locations throughout the meet area. First Aid will be located on the pool deck in the Aquatic Office.
