Please refer to the sanction order No. 5530/DRDA,Dt. 5-8-2005 and release order No.2572/DRDA, dt.31-5-2005 wherein cash and grain component under SGRY(20% ZP Share) have been released in your favour for the year 2005-06 . Matching to this amount of release a copy of rest projects under SGRY(20% ZP Share) for the year,2005-2006 duly approved by the Zilla Parisada and beneficiary oriented schemes under 22.5% Zone No.52 of Sukruli Block are enclosed herewith. You are instructed to execute these projects in accordance with the SGRY guidelines and instructions issued to this effect from time to time.
This is further to intimate that number of approved projects to be taken up under ZP Share(20%) should be strictly limited to the total funds released under this scheme during 2005-06.
No excess expenditure should be made over and above the allotment nor any additional liability be created for the next year.
Funds available under SGRY(20% ZP Share) have already been released vide Sanction Order as mentioned above and further funds to be released as per allotment shall be placed with you in due course of time .
You are requested to go ahead with the implementation of the projects and ensure timely completion before March 2006.
