1/Funding granted cannot exceed 50% of a distributor’s expenses as evidenced through submission of receipts.

2/ Funds cannot exceed the following amounts for each distributed film: 2500€ for a release of 2 to 5 prints ; 5000€ for a release of 6 to 10 prints ; 7500€ for a release of 11 to 20 prints; 10000€ for a release of more than 20 prints

3/ Please note that the eligibility period is 01/01/2013-31/03/2014 – your invoices need to be dated within this period of time.

PAYMENT OF THE GRANT

-  Payment of the grant will only happen after submission of the elements mentioned above. The grant will only be transferred once Europa Distribution gets the funding from MEDIA MUNDUS

-  The grant will be paid in 2 times :

o  50% of the requested grant will be transferred once the elements mentioned above have been sent to Europa Distribution () and verified by Europa Distribution. Once you get the approval from Europa Distribution, please send an invoice amounting 50% of the requested grant to Europa Distribution – 51 rue Piat – 75020 Paris.

o  After reception of all co-beneficiaries’ applications, Europa Distribution will determine the final amount of the grant. Please note that this amount can be lower that the requested one, if the total requested grants by all distributors exceed the total envelope given by MEDIA MUDNUS to Europa Distribution. The remaining part of the grant will be transferred to you once Europa Distribution gets the final part of the MEDIA MUNDUS subsidy after submitting its final report to MEDIA MUNDUS (with all your results and invoices). We will ask you to provide Europa Distribution with a final invoice amounting the rest of the confirmed grant.
