10 STEPS TO CREATING CUSTOMIZED DISNEY MARKETING MATERIALS

For Walt Disney World®Resort, Disney Cruise Line®and Adventures by Disney

  1. Start with the My Disney Tools tab of disneytravelagents.com and click Disney Print Connection. After you click the link to create marketing materials for Walt Disney World®Resort, Disney Cruise Line®and Adventures by Disney, you’ll land on the CustomPoint homepage. Click the blue box on the upper left side that says Place an order now! to start your customization.
  2. The descriptions under the thumbnail images help you to know what type of marketing materials that are available to customize. Choose the creative that you would like to use by clicking Customize/Add To Cart.
  3. Drag the image of your choice onto the proof to gain a better look. If you think you want something different, replace it with another image by dragging that image onto the proof. When you’re satisfied with your choice, click Next> at the bottom of the screen. In some cases, you will initially have the option to choose a package or offer first and then be able to customize the images.
  4. There are multiple steps in customizing these creative pieces with your agency information. You have the option to choose a call to action from the examples in the dropdown box. Then you can fill in all the agency information necessary for your clients to contact you. In some cases, you can download your agency logo. FOR POSTCARDS ONLY: With any postcard, you can also choose to create a prepaid postage stamp (or, indicia) if your agency utilizes this type of postage. When you’re finished with your customization, Click Proof to see that your agency information downloaded into place.
  5. If you’re satisfied with your customization, click Next> at the bottom of the screen to see a final proof. Make sure you verify all your work. If you would like to print your piece to proof it more closely, click the button that allows you to view and print as a PDF.
  6. Once you’ve viewed your final proof, click Add To Cart to begin your checkout process.
  7. Type in a quantity up to 3,000 in the Qty* field. If you choose to customize more pieces, please click on Update Cart and then click on Order More Items located in the toolbar at the top. If you don’t need to continue shopping, click Checkout at the bottom.
  8. Enter the mailing address where you would like your order to be shipped. Here, you have the option to add multiple mailing addresses to your personal address book as well as set your own default mailing address that will automatically appear each time you place an order. Once your mailing address is entered, click Next> to proceed to the final check out page. Enter your ARC or CLIA number, and review all you contact information before clicking the Next> button.
  9. Once all order, shipping and contact information is verified, click Submit Order to send your order to the printer. You’ll receive an email confirmation verifying your order has been received, and your clients will receive customized Disney marketing materials in less than seven business days!
