Students will be given the tools to link program activity with organizational success through the concepts of budgeting, cash flow forecasting, cost allocations and operational decision-making using financial metrics that ensure stakeholder accountability and transparency. Learn to analyze the strategies and processes of writing an effective proposal to a foundation, corporation, or individual in this one-day workshop. Throughout the day, complete a number of written assignments, culminating in a prototype grant proposal by the end of the workshop.
