CAMPING RESERVATIONS
2017 NCW DISTRICT FAIR IS AUGUST 24-27
We are looking forward to your participation in our Fair again this year. In order to save time and confusion before the Fair we ask you make your trailer/tent space reservations in advance. Spaces will be reserved for returning RVers until July 3rd. After that time, we will offer any available spots to new applicants. We will do our best to accommodate groups but there will be NO guarantees of location.
$80 – Front Lot Spaces A-X & Back Lot Spaces 1-32 (trailers/RV’s under 30-feet)
$120 – Front Lot Spaces Z 1-14 (designed for larger RV’s 30-feet+)
$20 – Dry Land Camping (RV’s over 30-feet) and/or Tent Camping
All RV Spaces in Front Lot A-Z and Back Lot 1-32 have power, water & sewer.
*ALL TRAILERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE SEWER ADAPTERS
*AIR CONDITIONERS ARE NOT TO BE USED in FRONT LOT SPACES A-X or BACK LOT SPACES 1-32 AT ANY TIME DURING THE FAIR. AC units ARE ALLOWED in Front Lot Spaces Z 1-14.
* Tip-outs may be used on the condition that they fit in-between the chalk marked lines on the lot and MUST leave enough room for your neighbors to get in and out of their trailers comfortably.
* Please park (cars, tents and/or trailers) in ONLY the RV/Camping space you paid for (+ 1 car per space). NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have more than 1 car/pickup, you will need to park that vehicle in the parking lot away from the RV spaces. All illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
* QUIET TIME begins at 10pm and is in effect until sunrise the following day.
* Each Trailer must have at least ONE authorized adult staying in the trailer EVERY NIGHT. Any complaints at a site with no adult present will be asked to leave.
You will receive a confirmation letter with a map, receipt and your camping permit in the mail by mid-July.
IMPORTANT: You may move into the lots starting Saturday, August Saturday 19th, 8:00 am.
