The Banquet will be held at Turfway Park, 5th floor- Racing Club on November 14th at 5:30pm, eat at 6, awards at 6:45. The cost is $18 for adults, kids $5, and 4 and under are free; this includes your drinks. The club supplies paper ware and meat, the members are asked to bring a side dish or dessert.

Members not present that applied to be excused- Brittany Crouch, Maliah Johnson, & Emily Jodrey (unnecessary as she is a peewee).
Rule Changes for the 2016 season:
All Flag classes were removed
There will be an Adult class (19 and over, as of Jan.1) for Poles & Barrels, payout could be 2D or 3D based on participation; points will be straight (as they were in the past)
There will be an Youth class (18 and under, as of Jan. 1) for Poles & Barrels
PeeWee will be 10 and under, as of Jan. 1
Pee Wee can ride both ponies and horses
We will “drop our lowest class” of points; meaning before finals if we had 11 shows, the points secretary will only give 10 sets of points for each poles and barrels. The points dropped do not have to be from the same day, but could be.
We had the Treasure position and nominations were taken and Laurette Summers agreed to take to position. Jennifer Higgins-President, Joe Buckler-VP, and Rachele Cobb- Secretary, will remain the same.
