RANCH
Coming in from Santa Fe area: Take hwy 285 out of Santa Fe. In Espanola take a left onto hwy84/285 (there are signs so keep a look out). This heads you towards Abiquiu. There is a break off of the 2 highways eventually, hwy 84 keeps going straight and hwy 285 is a right turn (after the Chevron station), take the right turn onto hwy 285, the sign says Ojo Caliente and Tres Piedras (from this point it is a 45 min. to 1 hour drive). Follow hwy 285 all the way to the intersection of Tres Piedras (blinking light) take a left onto hwy 64 west at the intersection (a right turn will head you to Taos) Go exactly 2 miles from the intersection and take a left onto Forest road 64H (new forest service sign!) Go .6 miles to our green gates. Open both and then pull big rigs to the right to clear the left gate/tree (a 63’ trailer set up made it!!) Come on up the driveway and I will meet you and show you where to park….
**CASITAS: L house & Solar house: From Santa Fe: Follow the above directions until you get closer to Tres Piedras (marker sign says Tres Piedras 9 miles) on hwy 285, after passing a very large sigh on your left “Dragonwyck Ranch” you will see a forest service brown & white sign that says Forest Road 222 ( under it in green & white says “Las Tablas”) take that left. ( ****If you miss the turn you can go up to the intersection, about 1 ¼ miles, and turn around, come south for 1 ¼ miles and turn right onto FR 222****). Go up FR 222 almost ¾ of a mile. Take a left BEFORE the cattle guard and BIG green water tank. You can’t miss the little houses and all the green panels. The Solar house is the 1st house on the left and the L house is up the road about 600’. Both have circular driveways.
If coming in from Taos or Colorado follow the directions from the intersection of Tres Piedras.
RANCH :coming in from Hwy 285 from Antonito Colorado: Take a left turn onto hwy285 when leaving the town of Antonito. Travel south on hwy 285 for about 30 miles. Take a right onto hwy 64 west at the intersection of Tres Piedras. Go exactly 2 miles then take a left onto Forest road 64H, go .6 miles to green gates.
RANCH: coming in from Chama area: Coming in off hwy 84 will meet up with hwy64 East, a beautiful drive over the pass! It is a left turn onto hwy 64 once you leave the town of Tierra Amarilla, follow this hwy for about 50 miles+/-, after the horse shoe turn you will be heading downhill and see a mile marker sign 221 right after that sign is the Forest Serivce road sign 64 H take a right over cattle guard and come in .6 miles to our gates.
RANCH: coming in from Taos: Take hwy 64 west out of North end of Taos. Follow this hwy for 27 miles to intersection of Tres Piedras, go straight across intersection staying on hwy 64 west for exactly 2 miles. Look for Forest Service Road sign 64H, take a left, go in .6 miles to green gates.
