The New JerseyState Police Headquarters Complexmain entrance is located on River Road (Route 175) between Interstate 95 & West Upper Ferry Road.The alternate entrance is located on Upper West Ferry Road between Route 175 and Bear Tavern Road/Grand Avenue. (LargeState Police Sign at each entrance road.) Entrance gate times are listed below.
Main Entrance: River RoadTrooper Drive.(Between Interstate 95 and West
Upper Ferry Road) - 24 hour entry – 7 days per week.
Alternate Entrance: West Upper Ferry RoadCozy Road (Between Route 175 &
Bear Tavern Road/Grand Avenue) - Open 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Monday-Friday
.7miles from Route 29 & Route 175 on left next to Paulies Restaurant.
.3 miles from Route 175 /River Road on left next to Paulies Restaurant.
.7 miles from Bear Tavern/Grand Avenue on right side.
Once inside the gate, take right turn onto Schwarzkopf Drive- follow to the laboratory
Note: Main Entrance (River Road) willonly be used6:00 pm- 6:00 am Monday-Friday
and weekends and holidays.

From I-195: Take I-195 West to I-295 North. I 295 North then becomes I-95 South(one continuous road)Follow I-95 South to Exit 1. It is marked “Exit only Route 29Trenton/Lambertville. (This is the last exit in New Jersey before crossing the Delaware River into Pennsylvania) Follow the yellow signs to NJSP Division Headquarters. (Note: Do Not Enter the Main Entrance on River Road. Continue to the “T” intersection, turn left onto West Upper Ferry Road, continue .3 mile and turn left just past Paulies Restaurant at State Police sign)

From the North:
(New Jersey Turnpike) Take turnpike to exit 7A West. Follow signs for I-195 West. Follow the directions for I-195 below.
From Route 130: Follow Route 130 South to I-195 West and follow to directions for I-195 below.
From the South: New Jersey Turnpike:Take the turnpike North to Exit 7A West for I-195 West. Follow the directions for I-195 above.
From the West: PennsylvaniaTurnpike: Take PA Turnpike East to Exit 28 North. This will put you on Route 1 North. Follow Route #1 North to Interstate 95 North follow directions from Pennsylvania on Interstate 95 North above.
From Pennsylvania on Interstate 95 North: Take interstate 95 North and proceed across Scudder’s FallsBridge. Take Exit 1 (Which exits before the bridge ends) and get onto Route 29 South. Make a left turn at the first traffic light. Continue .7 mile on Route 175 North, which turns into West Upper Ferry Road (DO NOT TURN LEFT ONTO Route 175 North/River Road) continue and turn left just past Paulies Restaurant onto Cozy Road. From H & A Building (Market & Warren Streets) using Route 29 North: Take Route 29 North and proceed five (5) miles to traffic light at Route 175 North/ West Upper Ferry Road. VillaVictoriaAcademy is on the corner. Make right turn and continue .7 mile on Route 175, which turns into West Upper Ferry Road(DO NOT TURN LEFT ONTO Route 175 North/River Road) continue and turn left just past Paulies Restaurant onto Cozy Road ( Big State Police Sign)
