Vision:

To Establish a just society of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity, where all people irrespective of caste and creed will live together and promote a just and sustainable social order based on the human values of Love, Peace, Joy and Solidarity.

Our Mission:

To help the rural poor for their intellectual empowerment, social upliftment, economic betterment leading to integral growth and development of individual, family and community and helping the poor to help themselves for their self reliant and self supportive life.

Goal or objectives
  • To enable rural poor (SC/ST) families to attain sustainable development in Education. Health, Political, and small enterprises development through effective community organization and linkages with Federation and health care providers.
  • To generate income for the remote villages (SC/ST) through IGP and to develop and provide employment opportunities to the rural poor women and to build the capacity of the rural poor in Income Generating Activities for their Self-Supportive life
  • To empower the Rural Poor Adult with basic literacy skills through Adult Education and Non-Formal Education. And to create Socio-economic awareness through Animation and Motivation Camps, Campaigns meetings, rallies…etc.,
  • To enable the rural poor live self-sufficient and self-reliant life with self dignity and self respect
  • To address the issue of trafficking through Animation, Motivation, Awareness and village meetings and to reduce substantially trafficking of women and Girl children for labour and sexual exploitation.
  • To help the people to come out of the clutches of the land lords by enabling them to be self sufficient and to convert mahila groups into credit unions

  • To conduct night schools through non-formal education in all villages
  • To organize training to the education committee members on the functioning and development linkages with Education departments

  • To train the SHG leaders on leadership and other economic and social development issues
  • To organize trainings on Human rights and Legal rights
  • To organize trainings on Community Health including Preventive and promotive health aspects

10. Future plan (for the next 5 years)

Objective
To Create awareness.(Social, Legal, Political)
To bring equality in the society in all aspects – economic, social etc.,
To develop leadership qualities in the women groups.
To try to help the people to come out of the clutches of the land lords by enabling them to be self sufficient and to convert mahila groups into credit unions.
To bring economic development through income generation programme
To form mahila sanghas and get it registered.
To take measures to eradicate child labour and to encourage child education.
To impart health education, preventive, and curative measures.
To develop the land by taking of land reclamation through removal of stones and thorny bushes in the SC community assigned land.
To supply pump-set to the SC farmers through ZHDC (Zilla Harijana Development Corporation) in view to develop an economic condition of 600 families of the target area.
To create employment and to provide a regular source of income to raise the living conditions of the target group.
To make them self-sufficient and self-reliant among their community.
To organize the un-organized SC farmers on a solidarity basis to achieve the aims and objectives of the proposal.
To prevent child labourers since most of the children leave the school and go for work at early age in this mandal.
To prevent children from becoming street children, begging in the streets and cleaning the trains working in bus-stands at early age.
To instill the study skills among the remote villagers
To provide a conducive, good, and decent environment to study right follow up and guidance.
To provide evening meal to the poorest children and encourage them to move on with their education without interruption.
To assist the youth to involve in the evening study centres and make them potential leaders with right attitude and personality, right values.
To provide potable drinking water to the poor in the remote villages
To protect the poor from polluted and contaminated water causing water borne diseases
To safe guard the health of the poor by supplying potable water
To make the poor live a ‘disease free’ life by consuming pure and safe water
