v Ryan has the information. Expected that Mike will have the tickets from Ryan for next meeting (Tuesday). So far there is commitment from the club (a conservative count) of 58, Mike figures about 70 tickets will be sold within the club.

v Mike will send Kathy a note to ask for reminder in the newsletter
v We can plan to visit other clubs next week after we have the tickets

v Dennis will put together a list of all the items we have so far to circulate
v Items so far include: Sun Peaks accommodation, Roche lake Package, Fishing Rod, gift certificates, University Residences accommodation, Golf passes at McArthur, Pineridge & Rivershore
v Format for giving away will be finalized at next meeting

-Donna Gibson to coordinate and assist with May 16th post event “Thank You” press ad

v Program: 8 1/2x11 sheet folded was suggested as the size with the design from the tickets on the front and the logo of the main sponsors on the front and a list of businesses to thank on the back
v Donna will ask Ryan when he needs the information so we have the program back by April 30th. That will be our deadline for receiving donations
Event Logistics, Night of
-When can we get in to decorate? (Arlin)
-Decoration supplies and do’s (Anders, Jennifer)
-Coordination of set up and tear down crews (Anders, Jennifer)
v We can decorate that afternoon, earlier if the room is not being used
v We need to ask for volunteers for set up and take down at the next meeting
v In terms of decorations, we will use balloons and the programs. The tables will have linens which will help with the decorations
