a)  2015-2016 School Year Update

Wins / Concerns
·  Love and Logic training for the staff has begun and we are already seeing changes in behavior management throughout the school / ·  Color/clip charts may vary from class to class at the moment. As the staff continues to participate in Love and Logic training throughout the year, we may see changes in the charts.

b)  Review 2014-15 Performance Data

·  Performance data will be reviewed at the next meeting (our next step in developing this year’s SIP goals) / · 

c)  Discussion of School Improvement Plan

Wins / Concerns
·  The self evaluation form (1st step in developing a SIP plan) has been completed and shared with SLT. / ·  Sub-groups continue to be a focus of concern. Next step is to evaluate 14-15 goals and develop new goals.

a)  Enrollment Impacts – Staff, Facility, ETC

Wins / Concerns
·  We intend to alleviate the numbers in kindergarten as soon as possible. / ·  Lost a position at End of Year 14-15. Kindergarten classes are sitting at least 25 in a classroom. 4th grade enrollment is also high (26 or more in a classroom)

b)  Facilities Updates – Tree, Trailers

·  Tree is removed!
·  Trailers are fully installed and working. / ·
