The following is a suggested Ivy Tech course sequence, which includes course requirements for these degrees, for students who are interested in transferring into one of these degrees in the College of Health & Human Sciences at Purdue University. You must consult with an academic advisor to determine which courses should be chosen to receive the most credit at the receiving Purdue University. *The Coordinated Program in Dietetics (CPD) includes the supervised practice experience component during the senior year at Purdue. An advantage to the CPD is that you are eligible to take the national registration examination for dietitians after completion of your BS degree. Note that there is not direct entry into the CPD program: students wishing to complete the CPD must first enter as Didactic Program in Dietetics majors. All the didactic course work is taken the first 3 years of the curriculum, and students may apply to the CPD after attaining at least junior status if they meet requirements.
Specific Degree Transfer Requirements: Transfer student applicants must meet the following academic requirements:
- Didactic Program in Dietetics and Coordinated Program in Dietetics: Earned at least a ‘B’ in CHEM 101and at least a ‘B’ in CHEM 102; or a ‘C’ in CHEM 105; and completed 12 credit hours of college-level courses.

- Dual Credit courses taken in high school may not be transferable in all cases. Courses taken online or via distance education may have equivalencies that are different than courses taken in the classroom.
