The dates forthe 2015 Dickinson High Girls’ Basketball Camp have been set for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and ThursdayJune 15 – 18. The camp is open for any girl who will be entering grades one through eight next fall.
The following schedule is set for each session:
Girls’ Grades 1 – 410:00 – 11: 45 AM. 8’ baskets will be used for this session.
*Camp fee is $50.00
Girls’ Grades 5 – 81:00 – 3:00 PMEmphasis will be on fundamental skills
*Camp fee is $65.00
The goals for this camp are to improve each campers’ individual basketball skills (both offensively and defensively), learn how to work and play as a team, develop social skills, and to enhance sportsmanship while competing. These goals will be accomplished through individual and team instruction, contests, 3 on 3 games, and full court games.
The camp fee includes all instructions, awards, and a camp t-shirt. Please fill out the attached form and mail it along with the camp fee to the address below. Please try to get your applications in by June 10th so we can plan accordingly. Thank you.

I hereby give my consent for ______to participate in the Dickinson High Girls’ Basketball Camp. I understand the Dickinson High Girls’ Basketball Camp director and staff will not be held responsible for injuries or loss of property while the above named student is attending the camp. I do hereby release Dickinson High School, Dickinson High Girls’ Basketball Camp coaches and staff from liability, including claims and suits in law or equity for any injury, fatal or otherwise. The signature below absolves the Dickinson High Girls’ Basketball Camp of all responsibility for loss of personal property. Furthermore, I realize the risk involved to the athlete. I will pay, or cover through my insurance, any medical expense, the doctor bills or other expenses which could be incurred as a result of treatment given the above named athlete for illness or injury while attending a Dickinson High Girls’ Basketball Camp. I hereby authorize the staff of the Dickinson High Girls’ Basketball Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I further understand the camp retains the right to use, for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs of campers taken at camp.
