  1. Consent Agenda:

All of the following items, which are items of a routine nature normally approved at aboard meeting, will be approved by one board vote, unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of thediscussion, consideration, and approval of the following items:

  1. Minutes from the June 26, 2017regular board meeting, and the July 6, 2017 special board meeting.
  2. Approve fundraisers for high schoolcheerleading to sell spirit items and t-shirts.
  3. Approve a fundraiser for the Football activity account to sell scoreboard and time clock ads.
  4. Approval of a procurement plan for cafeteria purchasing for the 2017-2018 school year.
  5. Approval of a bid for participation in a school milk program.
  1. Discussion on incentive based pay, bonuses, and review of our current administrator pay index.
  2. Discussion on the use of district-paid substitute teachers.

8. Presentations and vote to approve changes to the site(s) student handbooks.
