JOINT CONCLUDING REPORT OF

COOPERATIVE PROJECT

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The enclosed form is to be used for submitting the Joint Concluding Report of German-Israeli cooperative projects carried out within the framework of the DKFZ-MOST Cooperation Program in Cancer Research. Computer-formatted exact copies will also be accepted, but use only A4-size paper for print-outs.

The form consists of three parts:

1. Cover page

2. Body of report

3. List of publications, patents, and inventions

Three originals of the joint Concluding Report, co-authored and co-signed by the Israeli and German Principal Investigator(s) (P.I.s), should be submitted by the responsible Israeli P.I. to the Israeli Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), and one original by the responsible DKFZ P.I. to the secretariat of the DKFZ-Coordinator, respectively, at the addresses listed below.

Additionally to the original report a pdf-file of the final version should be transmitted via e-mail to the respective partner organization (MOST/DKFZ) by the P.I.s.

Reports are due no later than 60 days after the official completion date of the project.

BODY OF REPORT

The concise report (up to two pages) should present the main objectives, results and conclusions of the joint project, covering both the Israeli and German subprojects and their cooperative aspects.

For papers published, please submit three copies (or reprints) of papers with the Report. In the case of the other types of papers, please indicate when each is expected to appear.
