I, TERRENCE JOHN MCCULLAGH, acting in accordance with the delegation of powers to me under section I3 of the Defence Collective Agreement 2006-2009 (DeCA) by the Secretary to the Department of Defence, hereby determine under sectionH1 of the DeCA that the conditions of service for employees travelling and working in Australia are to be adjusted as set out below.

Overtime meal allowance
I determine that the rate of overtime mealallowancefor the purposesparagraph F6.20 of DeCAisincreased to $21.90.

Accommodation, meals and incidentals
I determine under paragraph H1.2 of DeCA that the rates for accommodation, meals and incidentals for travel are to be adjusted in accordance with the rates listed at Schedule A to this decision.

Temporary accommodation allowance
I determine under paragraph H2.4 of DeCA that the meals, food and incidental components of the temporary accommodation allowance element of relocation assistance are to be adjusted in accordance with the rates listed at Schedule B to this decision.

Travelling allowance
I determine under paragraph H2.4of DeCA thatthe meals, food and incidental components of the reviewed rate of travelling allowance are to be adjusted in accordance with the rates listed at Schedule B to this decision:
