Inspection Frequency

Inspection personnel shall submit the inspection forms to SMU monthly for one year after SMU establishes the official completion date. Digital pictures shall also be taken during the inspection. The digital pictures must have the date and time “stamped” on the image.

After the one year, upon SMU approval, inspection personnel are permitted to reduce their inspections to twice per yearalong with digital pictures taken during the inspection. The digital pictures must have the date and time “stamped” on the image.

SMU reserves the right to periodically inspect the facility as well. If SMU determines that corrective action must be taken, the responsible party has 30 days to resolve the situation. If the situation is not resolved in 30 days the responsible party will be served with a Notice of Violation and SMU reserves the right to perform the work and bill the responsible party for said work.
