We (Henderson Labrador Puppies) will hold the said puppy until the Date agreed on
.For this service buyer will pay the amount of $200.00 down and $ Final balance at pick-up. (Other payments will be noted)
If puppy is to be shipped, final payment MUST be received no later than 10 days prior to the shipping date.It is understood by the buyer that the deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances. If for some reason buyer is unsatisfied or I can not provide a puppy from said litter, the deposit will be placed on another litter. (Upon availability). Buyer is responsible for paying difference in price amount. You may place your deposit on upcoming litters if not happy with current litter. If you put put a deposit down and the choice of female and male don’t produce what you want(sex or color) you can choose from another male and female and your deposit will go toward it or toward the same female for future litters. We try our best to know what they will have from previous litters (color wise) but this is out of our control as it is controlled by the dogs genes. Please Understand this. When Temp is also hot, sometime the female does not take and you can choose from another litter or wait till that female comes back in heat and be first in line. When the pups are 3 weeks onf age and you decided that don’t want eh pup that you first picked out and want a pup from a different litter and you have not told HENDERSON LABRADORS about the change, you will forfeit the 200.00 deposit and have to put another 200.00 deposit down to get pup of your choice and you will also give up all payments made on previous pup. You can transfer your deposit from litter to litter and we encourage that if the exact puppy is not available in a litter.All deposits shall be paid in the form of cash, money order, bank certified check, PayPal or personal check as long as the personal check has time to clear the bank. (14 Days). A fee of $45 will be charged for return checks.The remaining balance of the contract shall be paid prior to the shipping of the puppy or paid at pick-up. Remaining balances must be paid by money order, PayPal or cash. No Personal Checks will be accepted for final payment. By signing below you are fully aware of this and agree to said terms above.

BUYERS RESPONSIBILTY
There are NO CASH REFUNDS under any circumstances.
The buyer is to have the dog checked by a veterinarian within 2 days of pickup and seller shall be notified within the 24 hours if a licensed veterinarian determines the dog has an un-treatable life threatening disease or illness. Written notification a copy of report from a licensed veterinarian MUST BE MAILEDTO US within 24 hours to qualify for a replacement dog only.If no replacement dog is available, then you have option on next litter due of equal value of your said puppy. Failure to complete this crucial step will terminate the health guarantee on you puppy, and will then null and void. You must show proof that you have taken your pup to the vet or it will VOID this contract.

You must provide your puppy with routine preventive care by a licensed veterinarian, such as, but not limited to: ** Physical Examinations, ** Vaccinations ** De-Worming.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
We guarantee our puppies to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of delivery.

*** Puppies may be severely stressed by the change in their environment. Minor problems such as diarrhea, Coccidiosis, Guardia, etc.., may occur and must be treated. These conditions are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and should be checked by a veterinarian ***.
Your puppy has been seen bya licensed veterinarian, has examined this puppy no more than ten days prior to delivery of said puppy, a certificate of health will be issued by the attending veterinarian for this puppy if he/she is 8 weeks of age or older.
The standard health examination includes:
1) Heart and Lungs
2) Coat and Skin Condition
3) Knee and Hip Joints
4) Eyes, Ears and Mouth
5) General appearance of the puppy.
This guarantee is limited to the development of any serious, life threatening illness within one year (from date of birth), and is limited to the replacement of the pup, of same color/gender, with the next available litter. Written notification submitted directly to me from your veterinarian is required. Henderson Labradors, reserves the right to have the pup returned for examination through our veterinarian.
1. 1.As the date of delivery, your puppy has received proper vaccinations and has been de-wormed on a strict schedule. You have been informed of the puppy's vaccination and de-worming schedule and are aware of future vaccinations and de-worming that will be due. Intestinal Parasites, (worms) are not considered a disease. Puppies can still be retaining intestinal parasites. Your Vet will put your Puppy on a schedule for de-worming your Puppy has received the standard format of de-wormers.Puppy's are born with intestinal parasites and are treated for them. This guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 7 days of your receiving Puppy.
2. We will offer a replacement puppy of equal value with written statement from your vet that the pup(dog) has been spayed/ neutered (this applies to all puppies sold on Limited Registrations), if your puppy dies within one year of the birth date due to a life threatening illness. All dogs must be registered with the AKC. Failure to register your puppy will result in termination of the contract.
If full registration is obtained on your puppy, the purchaser agrees to not breed the dog until she has reached a minimum of 2 years of age. Failure to wait until the dog has reached 2 years old will result in your guarantee being void. If there are any signs of abuse or neglect, over feeding or the pup has been bred, this will void the Extended Health Guarantee. We will not pay any medical bills. Before you are able to get a replacement dog, you the buyer, has to have the puppy euthanized and show proof from your vet if the puppy has dog has an un-treatable life threatening illness. If your puppy has a life threatening and youchoose to keepyour puppy,then this health guarantee is void. Your puppy will no long be under this health contract and you, the buyer, will not hold Henderson Labradors responsible for any and all conditions thatyour puppy may have or occur durning its lifetime.
3. If you Decline a replacement puppy, then Henderson Labradors shall be under no further obligation and it will be deemed that YOU, the buyer, has released Henderson Labradors from any and all further claims and voids this health guarantee. If a replacement dog is unavailable at the time then buyer will have first pick of same sex purchased from next available litter. Seller has the right to choose another veterinarian for a second opinion to confirm diagnosis before a replacement dog is given. We (HENDERSON LABRADORS)will not be held responsible for any medical expenses. You, (the buyer), are fully aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understand that you will be responsible for all payments. Health Guarantee VOID if dog/puppy is sold to another party or given away. All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If the dog dies within this one year time frame, you must pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason of death. If you do not then contract is void. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
4. Shipping of a replacement Puppy is the responsibility of the buyer, then it is you (the buyer) responsibility to pay for having a new puppy shipped to you. No refund will be given. Any occurring vet expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
NOGUARANTEE IS GIVEN ON THE FOLLOWING:
*Against PARVO or CORONA VIRUS, as immunities vary with each dog*
*Payment of any veterinarian bills made/incurred by the buyer*
*Female dogs being able to produce litters, Redundant Vulva or male dogs having both testicles *
*Show potential, size of the dog, slipped-joints, or death due to negligence on the part of the buyer*
*Eyes, Elbows, Patellar Luxation, Hip Dysplasia, Thickness of coat, skin allergies, puppy dermatitis, any and all mites, mange and or parasites*
*Guardia, Coccidia.*
*Teeth, Over or under bite or luxating patella’s*
*Hypoglycemia (low blood sugars) is not covered.*
*Hernias*
*Guaranteed as pet quality only*
