Forms will be available at the University Office on and from 21.12.2015. Principals / Teacher-in-Charges of all Colleges are requested to send authorized persons to collect their respective forms. They are also requested to submit the filled in forms together with all papers within the dates noted above.

After which no forms will be accepted and no students will be entertained to fill up their examination form.
