Provide professional learning and resources to increase SWD achievement scoresthat are developing or higher by 2% on each EOG and EOC subtest for FY17.

Increase graduation rate of SWD from 85.3% to 90.0% for FY17 by focusing on student advocacy skills and self-awareness of learning.

Develop procedures, practices and professional learning in the areas of assessment and data collection to support student learning and behavior by the implementation of Unique progress monitoring and identifying key staff members to provide behavior supports at each school for FY17.
