Job Summary
The Web Developer will develop, maintain, and manage changes to all ECRS websites including both public (www.ecrsoft.com) and internally facing applications (CRM and ticket tracking). For the external company website(s), this role will follow the artistic vision of the Marketing Department and create the website to meet that vision. For the internal sites, more direct input into feature sets will be encouraged by the holder of this position.
This role will serve as a point of contact for all web-related issues. This person filling this role should exhibit proficiency in the following programming languages and technologies: PHP, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, MySQL. This is a high-paced position that requires precision, a high degree of attention to detail, and customer-service skills.
Networking and Linux skills are a plus.

Duties
· Maintain a secure and functional web site and web applications
· Monitors reliability and functionality of the web applications and make suggestions for improvement
· Diagnoses and repairs problems with the web applications
· Install updates and patches to web-related services
· Maintain communication with ECRS department heads for suggestions on new features, problems and improvements to all web applications
· Optimize database functions for peak performance
· Search engine optimization for the ECRS web site

· Understands how to access data and analyze it and use it for improvement
· Process driven personality and understanding of process management

· Strong understanding of time line commitments and deliverables
· Forward & Outside-the-Box thinking capability
Requirements
· Demonstrative experience in PHP, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript and MySQL
· Proficiency in using Windows and web development tools
