Test Form MUST BE RECEIVEDby the HOSTING TEST CHAIR 14 DAYS PRIOR to test date, NOT POSTMARKED by the due date. FORMS ARE TO BE MAILED to the HOSTING TEST CHAIRby First Class Mail ONLY. Forms delivered by other means will not be accepted. DO NOT put forms in the club boxes at the rink and DO NOT drop them off at the test chair’s home. The form MUST be filled out completely, including all feeswith permission to test (if necessary).
Please be at the rink a minimum of 45 minutes before your scheduled test time and be prepared to test at any time. Cancelled tests can cause the test session to run ahead of schedule. Not being ready for your test when called upon or an inconvenient test time is not grounds for a refund. Refunds are only issued if the test chair cannot schedule the test, not if a test application is withdrawn.The test chair reserves the right to cancel tests due to lack of appropriate judges.
Each test has up to a 10 minute warm-up prior to the test. This warm up time is included in the test fee. If you choose to warm up for more than 10 minutes, you will need to pay for a FS session or public ice session at the front desk before stepping on the ice.
Online registration for tests is available at the hosting club’s website.
All skaters taking test(s) are required to pay the hospitality fee of $5.00Any skater whose Home Club is NOT Denver Figure Skating Club or Colorado Skating Club must pay the non-club fee of $20.00.
Tests submitted after the 14-day cut-off are required to pay a $25.00 late fee. All late entries are subject to availability of time and judges.
If a skater does not pass a Field Moves Test and is scheduled to test the same level for FreeSkate at the same session, FreeSkate test fee will not be refunded.
