Delightful Detours Terms and Conditions

  • The reservations can only be made by JetPrivilege members who are members of the JetPrivilege program and by recording a valid JetPrivilege membership number.
  • The reservations will be considered on a first come first serve basis subject to availability of tables, experience or tour and activity for the requested number of people.
  • The JPMiles will be awarded for bookings and reservations made viadelights.jetprivilege.com. Any additional purchases made at the merchant will not be eligible for the JPMiles reward.
  • Transactions carried out at outlets other than the ones mentioned on Delightful Detours shall not be applicable for the offer.
  • The member must carry a copy of the E-mail and/or the SMS confirming reservation/booking details while going for curated menu, table reservation, unique experience or tour and activity. The member has to show this email and/or SMS at the merchant before availing the curated menu, table reservation, unique experience and tour & activity.
  • The curated menus, table reservation, unique experiences and tours and activity is brought to you solely by the participating Merchant Establishments.
  • JetPrivilege holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer and/or products/services under the offer.
  • JetPrivilege shall not be liable to a customer, for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under the offer.
  • All offers will be valid for members of all JetPrivilege tiers i.e. Blue, Blue Plus, Silver, Gold, Platinum and to nonmembers who enroll into the JetPrivilege program.
  • Jet Privilege/ Delightful Detours reserves the right to extend or terminate the offer without prior notice. Jet Privilege/ Delightful Detours also reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
  • The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the rules and regulations governing the JetPrivilege Membership Program rules.
  • Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the member to Jet Privilege/ Delightful Detours for booking a curated menu, table reservation, unique experience and tour & activity by the member under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Jet Privilege Program Terms & Conditions.

Delightful Detours Bonus Offer T&C’s:

2X JPMiles offer:

  1. The 2X bonus JPMiles will be awarded for all eligible activities on Delightful Detours between 15th of March 2018 to 15th of April 2018.
  2. The bonus JPMiles will be awarded on completion of the activity.
  3. The offer is valid only on participating restaurants and merchants on Delightful Detours.
  4. The JPMiles will be credited within 60 days of completing the association.
  5. Jet Privilege/ Delightful Detours reserves the right to extend or terminate the offer without prior notice. Jet Privilege/ Delightful Detours also reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

First Time Users:

  1. The members making their first ever booking on Delightful Detours will be awarded 200 bonus JPMiles over and above the JPMiles being earned for their association on Delightful Detours
  2. The bonus JPMiles will be awarded on completion of the activity.
  3. The offer is valid only on participating restaurants and merchants on Delightful Detours.
  4. The JPMiles will be credited within 60 days of completing the association.
  5. Jet Privilege/ Delightful Detours reserves the right to extend or terminate the offer without prior notice. Terms and Conditions for Curated Menus:

  • JPMiles will be rewarded by JetPrivilege on the curated menus throughdelights.jetprivilege.coma culinary program that runs simultaneously across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and
  • In-order to make a reservation on Delightful Detours for a curated menu, the member must pay INR 150 per person upfront. The member will receive a SMS and an E-mail confirming the reservation details and the amount paid online for the booking done. The delightful detours concierge will assist the member should the member have any further queries or concerns.
  • The member must pay the remaining amount at the restaurant.
  • The participating restaurants and the price of curated menu are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • The price of curated menu mentioned on the website are inclusive of all taxes and convenience fees.
  • Any disputes or complaints regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer and/or products/services under the offer must be addressed by the member directly to the participating Merchant Establishment with a copy well. On a best effort basis, Jet Privilege and the Merchant Establishments shall be responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within a reasonable time.
  • Some of the offers will not be available on blackout dates. For e.g.: 24th December, 31st December etc. Bookings made during this period will be coordinated and managed on a case to case basis between the delightful detours concierge and the customer.
  • The offer is not valid on buffet meals.
  • No two offers can be clubbed together.
  • The JPMiles will be credited within 15 days of completing the curated menu.

Terms and Conditions for Unique Experiences:

  • JPMiles will be rewarded by JetPrivilege on the unique experiences throughdelights.jetprivilege.coma culinary program that runs simultaneously across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Pune
  • In-order to make a reservation on Delightful Detours for a unique experience, the member must pay the entire amount per person upfront. The member will receive a SMS and an E-mail confirming the reservation details and the amount paid online for the booking done. The delightful detours concierge will assist the member should the member have any further queries or concerns.
  • The participating merchants and the price of unique experience are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • The price of unique experience mentioned on the website are inclusive of all taxes and convenience fees.
  • Any disputes or complaints regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer and/or products/services under the offer must be addressed by the member directly to the participating Merchant Establishment with a copy well. On a best effort basis, Jet Privilege and the Merchant Establishments shall be responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within a reasonable time.

Terms and Conditions for Table Reservations

  • JPMiles will be rewarded by JetPrivilege for the reservations made throughbookatable.jetprivilege.comwhich runs simultaneously across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Ahmedabad
  • The JPMiles earned will be based on table reserved and will be calculated basis the number of people
  • Members will be eligible to earn additional JPMiles if the payment for the association is done via smartPay
  • The table reservation offer is brought to you solely by the participating restaurant establishments.
  • Any disputes or complaints regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer and/or products/services under the offer must be addressed by the member directly to the participating Restaurant Establishment with a copy well. On a best effort basis, Jet Privilege and the Restaurant Establishments shall be responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within a reasonable time
  • The JPMiles will be credited within 60 days of completing the association.

Terms and Conditions for Tours & Activities:

  • JPMiles will be rewarded by JetPrivilege for the reservations made throughbookatable.jetprivilege.comwhich runs simultaneously across 180 countries and 3000 destinations.
  • Tours & Activities are brought to you exclusively by Deal Broker. Deal Broker is responsible for the fulfilment of all tours and activities.
  • The members must pay the entire amount of the Tour or Activity onbookatour.jetprivilege.com
  • The JPMiles will be credited to the members account within 60 days of the activity or tour.
  • Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the member to Jet Privilege/ Delightful Detours for booking a Tour & Activity by the member under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by the Jet Privilege Program and Deal Broker Terms & Conditions.
  • Any disputes or complaints regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer and/or products/services under the offer must be addressed by the member directly to the participating Merchant Establishment with a copy XXX@XXX as well. On a best effort basis, Jet Privilege and the Merchant Establishments shall be responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within a reasonable time.

Cancellation and Modification Policy:

We believe in helping our Customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Since we are providing our members with curated menus, table reservations, unique experiences and tours & activities, this incurs a booking fee, under this policy:

Cancellation/ Modification Policy for Curated Menus

  • You will be able to cancel your reservation by requesting to cancel your booking under “Upcoming Bookings” section ondelights.jetprivilege.com(when logged in) or by calling our helpline at +91 78 4702 2022 or by writing to us
  • The upfront payment on Delightful Detours for the curated meal will not be refundable.
  • Members must call the helpline +91 78 4702 2022 or by writing to us modify the booking, this will be on a case to case basis and subject to availability.

Cancellation/ Modification Policy for Unique Experiences

  • If you cancel a unique experience, 24 hours prior to the booking date and time, your entire booking fee will be refunded within 14 working days of the cancellation date
  • If you cancel the booking for a unique experience less than 24 hours prior to the booking date and time, a cancellation fee of INR.250/- will be levied, the remaining booking amount will be refunded within 14 working days of the cancellation date
  • Members must call the helpline +91 78 4702 2022 or by writing to us modify the booking, this will be on a case to case basis and subject to availability.

Cancellation/ Modification Policy for Table Reservations:

  • Members can modify/cancel their reservations up to 1 hour prior to the booking by either writing , calling the Dineout Concierge on +919212340202 or cancelling the booking from the Dineout app.

Cancellation/ Modification Policy for Tours and Activity:

  • Canceling a booking made onbookatour.jetprivilege.comcan result in cancellation fees being applied by DealBroker, as outlined below. The member will be notified via email, facsimile or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
  • Tickets/ Passes for Event, Attraction, Theater, Show. Coupon Ticket, Tour or Package Commencing During a Special Event Period which includes, but is not limited to, Trade Fairs, Public or National Holidays, School Holidays, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Ramadan are non-refundable in any circumstance.
  • Jet Privilege and DealBroker is not liable for tours that are no show due to flight delays, flight change or flight cancellation.
  • If the member fails to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full will be provided. Deal Broker reserve the rights to charge 100% no show charges.
  • Members can request for a cancellation or request to modify their booking by filling up the “Date Amendment/Cancellation form”bookatour.jetprivilege.comor by writing to
