Participation:

A school team of maximum 15 participants is invited to participate in the Multi Sports Meet.

A group photograph of all the participants with the participating school Principal is required to be enclosed with the participation confirmation.

Note :A student may participate only in one of the following events from serial number 1-3

Events and number of participants invited per school:

General Guidelines:

1. The entry should be on the spot, late entry and changes will not be entertained. Further, postal delay will not be considered as an excuse for late entry.
2. It is not obligatory on the part of the host school to provide any accommodation to the parent accompanying participants.
3. Any non designated person accompanying the team will not be entertained for any matter at the venue and will not be permitted to stay in the premises.
4. All the teams shall be accompanied by max.two teachers/coach/manager designated by the participating school principal.
5. No team will be permitted to participate without accompanying official.
6. The officials accompanying the team should have a valid Identity Card issued by their School Principal.
7. It is advised not to carry any valuables. Host school shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.
8. All the team managers/ coaches must submit the original entry forms, age proof ofthe players, participation fee and school flag on arrival.
9. Fixtures will be drawn a day before the Multi Sports Meet starts.
10. Team should be prepared to play more than one match in a day.
11. Each participant must have his individual kit with a uniform dress code.

2.Attested photocopy by the principal of class IX registration card (for the players studying in IX and X class) and students/players from class XI must carry attested photocopy of class X Marksheet / passing certificate
