Expense Agreement
Please take a moment to consider the following tentative dance team expenses. We will be fundraising to pay for the dance team’s choreography, coach expenses, pre-game meals, and other necessary squad supplies. Please also keep in mind that, unlike other sports, dance team lasts throughout the entire school year, making more clothing and other supplies necessary, unlike most seasonal sports.
Dance Team Required Items:
® Dance team yearly dues: $25.00
® Team uniforms and apparel, etc.: $200.00
Total Projected Yearly Cost: $ 225.00
Payment Timeline:
5/11- Dance team dues check is due ($25)
5/11- Uniform and apparel check is due ($200.00)
** Costs are tentative and may vary depending on tax and shipping expenses, as well as any additions or deletions to the list. **There may be an additional camp fee.**
*Please make the first two checks payable to: Montford Middle School. Write your daughter’s first and last name in the memo line as well as what the payment is for (dance team dues or uniform payment). We ask you put all checks in an envelope with your name as well as your daughter’s name with Dance Team on the front. Checks may be brought to the front office where they will be placed in my box or given to Mr.Rudenborg.
