Secretary Report: Edie Meyer

The minutes from February meeting were approved. Pat Rudy motions, Mark Yaconis seconds, all in favor.

Treasurers Report: Stacy Hollibaugh

·  $5000- Money Market, $ 6484.17- Savings, 22,861.49- operating account, 5,244.13 – Projects account

Vice President Report: Valerie Demase

·  New photographer J & N photos approved

·  Picture day will be Sunday May 6th starting at 3:30pm

·  Fundraiser - $5 raffle to win 4ft wall graphic of team photo and will raise photo package price by $2 all proceeds go to DLYB

·  The Grant sign will be displayed at Batting Cages

Presidents Report: Craig Hasley

·  Field clean-up this coming Saturday. Last Saturday worked on concession stand and fields

·  Tournament will be held June 28th thru July 3rd

Guyasuta President: Jim Carnprobst

·  No coach yet for Pony league

·  $250.00 check requested for Pony and Colt teams for Guyasuta League

·  Will have 36 players and will wear same uniform as last year

Little League President: Mark Yakonis

·  District 26 Tournament will be held June 26th thru July 6th

·  For District 26th tournament the 9/10 league will have a continues line up but the 11/12 year old league will not have a continues line up

·  There will be a District 26 website which will be district26.com. Coaches must send in all their win/loss to Mike VanTheil to update. Website will be kept up to date with all season info

T-Ball President: Adam Schaff

·  There will be 5 t-ball teams

·  At least 1 t-ball field will be ready for season

7/8 President: Joe Brannagan

·  There will be four 7/8 year old teams

Fall Ball President: Larry Myers – No report

Sponsor Chair: Kim Schaff reported by Craig Hasley

·  $ 4,675.00 team sponsor money and $875.00 signage with a total of $5,050.00 total sponsorship

·  34 signs made

Financial Aid Officer: Sharon Maher

·  Working on a release to be able to share financial aide

Concession Chair: Tracy Yaconis

·  Got 5 Stello gift cards to use in opening day baskets or tournament baskets

·  Need team roosters

·  Got new fryer for concession stand

Administrative Director: John Martin – Not present

Equipment Manager: Steve Demase

·  All equipment bought for season

·  Pat Rudy will look into prices for ice packs for each team

League Scheduler: Frank Bokulich

·  T-ball schedule done and working on rest of schedule

·  Softball league will have B4 and B7 Wednesday and Friday and after 3:30 on Saturday and Sundays

Player Agent – John Kelly

·  Still have possible players signing up for 11/12 league

·  Dan Colton brings up idea of late registration fee.

Project Director: Dan Colton

·  Work has been done batting cages, cement pad outside concession stand, and trenching

·  Getting estimates to finish batting cages

·  B3 and B4 still needs work

·  Getting fencing prices

·  Township has not cut fields grass yet

·  Need everyone to help this weekend at field clean-up

Safety Officer: Pat Rudy

·  Still working on getting all volunteers background information for LexusNexis

·  Getting info on all volunteers is very important

·  Craig asks all board members to print background info from website and hand into Pat as soon as possible

Uniform Director: Jenn Rodgers

·  All uniforms will be ordered tomorrow

Old and Unfinished business:

New Business:

·  Proposal to buy a 2012 Mule from Crossroads. Price is $ 6,375.00 and Crossroads will do Sponsoring for DLYB. Mule is greatly needed for fields. Managers and board members will be only ones to drive Mule. Dan Colton motions, Steve Demase 2nds, all in favor.
