I Christopher Andrew Neppiras, the Undersigned, do hereby affirm the following, pursuant to James 5:12, “but above all things my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath, but let your yea be yea, and your nay, nay; lest you fall into condemnation.”
That I am Christopher Andrew Neppiras; blessed living soul given the gift of life from the creator of the universe and that I am over the age of 18 years, and am competent to testify To My first hand knowledge of the facts herein, and that the facts herein made by me Christopher Andrew Neppiras are true of My own first hand knowledge and belief, stated herein, Yea.
I Christopher Andrew Neppiras am here only to represent the person, legal entity and/or corporation summonsed to this court on 22nd July 2011 and not to give jurisdiction to my human entity.
According to amicability and in conjunction with equality this alone removes terrorism and/or paper terrorism.
That there is an artificial person and/or corporation, legal entity and/or legal fictitious character constructed by government whom corporations would wish that my blessed living entity become respondent for.
That I Christopher Andrew Neppiras a Blessed living soul have a inalienable god given right to refuse to contract with and/or become respondent to any corporations and/or any other legal fictitious entity or persons or governments and/or there agents or representatives.
That I Christopher Andrew Neppiras a Blessed living soul am a sovereign of the land as granted by my divine creator of the universe and no other living entity, fictitious entity, corporations or persons can revoke, rebut and/or deny me of this this fact.
The EAST DORSET MAGISTRATES' COURTS CORPORATION is a corporation registered on the Dun and Bradstreet international register.
No man made corporation has jurisdiction and/or hold equitable title over my blessed living soul and I Christopher Andrew Neppiras, am only answerable to my divine creator and/or the divine creator of the universe.
That I Christopher Andrew Neppiras hold equitable title over My person, legal entity and/or corporation known to me as 'MR C A NEPPIRAS'.
Equality before the law is mandatory and paramount (maxim of law).
When the plaintiff does not prove his case, the defendant is absolved. (maxim of law).
Consent makes the law. A contract is a law between the parties, which can acquire force only by consent of the governed. (maxim of law).
The corporation known to me as BOURNEMOUTH BOROUGH COUNCIL do not have and/or have never had a signed contract with my blessed living entity in relation to I Christopher Andrew Neppiras giving any such contractual consent or agreements to pay any of there claimed taxes on my living entity.
An act, rule or law of parliament is a legislated rule of society given consent by the governed, if a blessed living entity does not agree or contract to be governed then the legislated rule shall not apply or cannot be enforced upon the living entity this is an inalienable god given right as given by my divine creator.
I will charge a processing fee as per fee schedule below:
it is my intent that if you dishonour my affidavit by attempting to issue any fines,charges, detainments and/or any incarcerations using the above aforementioned legislative statutes.
For the involuntary detainment of my human entity Christopher Andrew Neppiras and/or any legislative incarcerations a fee of £2000.00 Two thousand GBP per day or part thereof.
Furthermore for any fines or charges the fee payable shall be equalling the total sum of your legislative charges and/or fine will be charged.
I hereby give you three (3) days to rebut this notice with a notice signed by your director and/or CEO under their full commercial liability and penalties of perjury, that all of the facts stated above are untrue, otherwise this notice becomes fact bringing irrevocable estoppel by acquiescence and barring all counter claims for 65 sixty five years.
I Christopher Andrew Neppiras have made these facts for public record which removes controversy in relation to case number 1651212984, I do Herby reserve all my inalienable rights and waiver no right offered by any corporations and/or legal entities or persons.
I have affirmed before two witnesses that I am literate, competent and mentally stable to make this affidavit without the assistance of an officer of the court.
