Decision for the incorporation of a Free Zone Establishment &Power of Attorney<insert company name in DAFZ> (the company)

We, the undersigned:

Do hereby declare that the following decisions have been taken on 04/09/2019:

  1. For the incorporation of a free zone establishment in Dubai Airport Freezoneunder the name of insert company name in DAFZ in compliance with the laws and regulations of Dubai Airport Freezone Authority.
  2. The guarantee to abide by the full financial obligations of the free zone establishment to be incorporated in Dubai Airport Freezone Authority and Management of the said establishment in a lawful manner.
  3.   1. Recruit personnel, define their entitlements and terminate their services.
  2. To sign official papers, letters, and documents.
  3. To sign contracts.
  4. To open, operate & close the FZE bank account.
  5. To sign the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the FZE. (optional)
