Dear X-Cel Families,
Below is the 2007 Long Course registration information. We hope that most of you will be staying with the team for the Long Course season. Practice begins on Monday April 9 and will end with JOs. Practice will continue after JOs only for those swimmers that qualify for Zones.
The practice schedule to will be similar to the Short Course season and will be distributed as soon as lane times are confirmed with Princeton. If you are not sure which level your child will be swimming this LC session, please ask Coach Lucy.
We are happy to announce that fees for the 2007 LC are the same as last year. These fees do not include meet entry fees (our `escrow’ account) and US Swimming Registration fees* for new swimmers. We plan to host a LC meet (tentatively planned for the weekend of June 30th), so a $200 Work Bond (WB) is needed per family. If you did not use your WB from SC, then we will simply transfer that money over to LC. You can also check your escrow balance and only pay the amount that brings you up to the proper starting balance.

Please complete both sides of the attached registration/medical form and submit it along with your payment by March 15 (make checks payable to X-Cel Swimming, Inc.). Once the season starts, refunds are only given for medical reasons.
Finally, please respect the time and effort of the volunteers coordinating registration and send in the correct amount by the given due date.
