Andy Leach, owner of Cottopop Creations, would like to invite you and your club to the Cottonpop Creations Paul Leach Challenge Cup 2017, which take place on Saturday 19th August 2017 (U9-U10-U11) / Sunday 20th August 2017 (U12-U12 Girls). The event will be held at Oasis Wintringham School, Grimsby, NE Lincolnshire, DN32 0AZ.
Teams from age groups U9’s (maximum squad of 10 players), U10’s, U11’s, U12’s and U12’s Girls (maximum squad of 12 players for these groups) are invited to enter. After the group stages, there will be both a Cup and Plate competition running on to ensure all teams enjoy their day. The age groups apply to the current 2016/2017 season.
There will be trophies for all players who attend the tournament and the champions of both the main Challenge Cup and Plate competitions will receive a winner’s trophy. However, for the winners of the main Challenge Cup only, an extra prize of a bag of footballs will be provided.

1. Complete the Entry Form for your team.
2. Send the completed form together with your payment of £25.00 per team to the address below making cheques payable to Mr Andy Leach

Please ensure you insert your teams name and age group in the narrative when processing your payment
3. Confirmation of receipt and entry to the tournament will be sent by email.
Please check your junk email if you haven’t received an email within 7 days of posting.
4. A second email will be sent approximately 1 week prior to the tournament for you to confirm players’ names and dates of birth.
This email will also inform you of directions to the ground and tournament rules
5. On the day of the tournament, you will need to bring with you your players’ cards.
If these are not available a picture ID with the players’ date of birth will be acceptable.
The closing date is Monday 31st July 2017. A £15 refund will be given if you withdraw from the tournament before it takes place. If the event has to be cancelled/abandoned due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of £25 will be returned, although every effort will be made for the tournament to proceed.
