There are a number of major changes being introduced across Suffolk that involve your community pharmacies. To update you on these we are holding a special meeting with all regional and area managers. These changes involve locally commissioned services and business critical matters including the roll out of EPS Release 2 across East and West Suffolk.

·  Provide an update on contractual monitoring arrangements for year ahead

Service Development

·  To provide an update on locally commissioned services from Public Health Suffolk, CCG’s and NHS England

·  To review the implementation of Pharmoutcomes platform to support administration of these services.

·  To provide information on possible future services and accreditation models for current services

·  Update managers on LPC federation and how this works
