Dear PE Coordinator,
I would like to invite your school to enter the Hyndburn mini tennis final. This is open to year 3 and/ or 4 pupils and requires a team of 2 boys and 2 girls. (Schools may enter up to two teams)
The event will take place on Tuesday 25th April at Accrington Tennis Club, Thorneyholme Road, Accrington BB5 5BD, United Kingdom, between 1.00 – 3.00pm (Please arrive ready to start playing at 1.00pm).
The winning team from this event will qualify to represent their borough in the primary school games on Tuesday 4th July at Blackpool sports centre.
Please let me know if you will be able to attend this competition as soon as possible—any questions then please get in contact. Children may bring their own rackets if they wish but mini tennis rules state that these must be less than 23” long. Otherwise all equipment will be provided on the day.

Photographic policy/ publishing of photographs on website etc:
At many of our events we have photographers present. These photographs will be used in local newspapers and on the school sports partnership website. At all events we will assume that the children present have the necessary permission to be photographed, unless an individual school indicates otherwise. Any children that do not have the necessary permission will be given a yellow band to wear on their wrist and excluded from any photography.
