Dear Pet Lover;

HANDDS to the Rescue invites you to the 3rd Annual Bark at the Park! Our theme this year is, “It’s more than a Dog Thing!” Our day of fun is scheduled for Saturday, August 20th, at the Hull Park in Traverse City. Visitors are invited 10am-5pm, with Vendors suggested set up/break-down of 8am-5pm. We witnessed previous attendance of over 600 visitors to an event just like this one last year and expect this year to be much bigger! Our invitation list includes businesses that are “pet friendly” or simply want to show their support of Pets and families at this year’s event.

·  Police K9 Demonstration

·  K9 Dog Agility demonstration

·  Face Painting and an Art Station for kids (Small donation to participate)

·  Raffles for gift baskets and a Silent Auction to raise money for Pet Rescues at the event

·  Over 10 Non-Profit Pet Rescues

Here’s how you can participate:

Lil’ Pup Sponsor: 12’x 12’ event space for advertising your business. Each Vendor is requested to bring samples/coupons/giveaways to enrich the event for our visitors. Minimum donation $50

Med Dog Sponsor Your business link on our website. Minimum donation $100

Big Dog Sponsor: 12’x 12’ event space for advertising your business. Each Vendor is requested to bring samples/coupons/giveaways to enrich the event for our visitors. Your company name and logo will be printed on all posters, banners and handouts. Business Web Link on HANDDS website. Minimum donation $250

Top Dog (Corporate) Sponsor: 12’x 12’ event space for advertising your business. Each Vendor is requested to bring samples/coupons/giveaways to enrich the event for our visitors. Top Dog Sponsors are placed at the event in a PRIME booth location. Business Name mentioned with every PSA and advertisement. Business Web Link on HANDDS website and an engraved plaque. Minimum donation $500

Here’s how to join us!

  1. Fill out the Vendor Sign up Sheet provided- Contact Dorothy DeCoeur, Event Manager at 409-4833 and a representative will be assigned to assist you.
  2. Your Bark in the Park Rep will come to you to collect the Vendor Sign up Sheet with Payment. Once signed up, you’ll receive a letter of instructions 10 days prior to the event. These instructions will include set up times, booth placement and describe the event layout map.
