Thank you for your interest in The University of Akron MSW Program. The attached admission materials provide information about our MSW Program and discuss program options including full-time, part-time, and advanced standing.
Applications are reviewed in the order that they are received, so it is to your advantage to apply early.
§ February 1, 2018: Review of the applications will begin (for Advanced Standing, full-time, and part-time).
§ February 15, 2018: Priority admissions for Advanced Standing, full-time, and part-time
§ March 31, 2018: Deadline for applications to the Advanced Standing program
§ June 15, 2018: Deadline for applications to the full-time and part-time programs
In order to ensure that your application is complete and meet the designated deadlines, please take note that application information must be sent to two locations: The University of Akron’s Graduate School and the School of Social Work.
