Dear Kingston Wildcats Parents & Guardians:

Your son/daughter is deciding to play basketball with Kingston next season and we are excited to have them play with our club. This letter is a welcome letter to you and them to the 2016-17 season. Please find attached a club registration form that needs to be completed for all players. Please be sure to complete it fully and accurately as this information is used to register players to play in the various leagues in which the club competes.

Players at U14s, U16s and U18s girls all play in the National League as such we require

  • a digital photograph (headshot) of each player
  • a photograph of either their passport or birth certificate. (Note: non UK players will be required to complete a waiver form stating they are not prevented from playing in our league by their own countries rules. Please request this form if you need it.)

It’s critical we register everyone for the 6th September as we need to order kit and register all players in advance of our first games later in the month of September. Also the fees are the main source of funding the rental of court time at Chessington Community College for all our sessions. Please ensure you’re registered as close to this date that you can by bringing all the required information and fees.

This season we are providing reversible kits to all players at a cost of £50.00 per player. Kit must be worn during training sessions and matches, so please ensure you bring the kit to each session.

Fees for the coming season are £300.00 + the kit. This is payable £150 + £50 on the 6th September and then a further £75 on or by the 1st November and the final £75 on or before the 1st December. These fees reflect 2 training sessions per week and our busy schedule of games.

Please note there is a sibling discount is 10% discount of total fees.

We play National League both home and away and if you can help out with transport for other players and coaches please let your team coach and/or manager know.

Many thanks please get the players to sign their code of conduct contract and please sign yours as a parent. We look forward to a very successful season. “Go Wildcats”

Sincerely

Kingston Wildcats
