- Flotilla Roster – contains the contact information of your fellow auxiliarists. Please feel free to reach out to your Flotilla Commander or other members if you need assistance.
- Flotilla Standing Rules – provides information regarding the rules governing your Flotilla.
- Flotilla Procedures Manual – provides information regarding the regulations governing Flotillas.
- Coast Guard Auxiliary Acronyms – will assist you in deciphering acronyms associated with the Auxiliary.
- New Auxiliary Manual – will give you an in depth view of the Auxiliary and how if functions.
- Uniform Information – provides you with resources to purchase a uniform.
- Uniform Procurement Guide – contains information on what uniforms to order and how to wear them.
- Direct Deposit Form – this form can be completed manually and faxed directly to the Coast Guard Financial Center. (Reimbursements are made through direct deposit only)
- Electronic Direct Deposit Link - this form can be completed online and submitted to the Coast Guard Financial Center electronically.
- Mission Activity Log Form – it is important that you keep track of hours performed on behalf of the Coast Guard and the Coast Guard Auxiliary. This form should be submitted monthly to your FSO-IS (Flotilla Staff Officer-Information Services) Officer. Please refer to the Sample Mission Activity Log Form.
- Sample Mission Activity Log Form.
- Incident Command Systems Exams – exams that are required by the Coast Guard for participation in operations and drill events are ICS 100, 200, 700 and 800. These exams are only offered through FEMA.
